Conditions for Season Ticket Holders


  • ‘Family Season Ticket’ – all ticket holders must be of the same family (Parent/Guardian & children)

  • Season ticket holders must abide by the Pool Rules.

  • Children under 10 year must be accompanied by an adult and be supervised at all times at the pool

  • Season ticket holders must book their sessions through the online booking system using the voucher code received.

  • Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.

  • Bookings should be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to session, to allow others to book the session.

  • In the interest of fairness to all, failure to cancel a booking / or repeated non-attendance, could result in your season ticket being suspended or cancelled. We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter

  • The Committee reserves the right to change the session times / number of sessions per day and to close in adverse weather conditions.
